    (with Mitch Lacroix)

I had the pleasure of knowing über manga-jock, Mitch Lacroix, for a short time. Mitch's idea of an evening's entertainment was sitting at the kitchen table with a stack of blank 8.5 x 11's, asking people what to draw. Made-up Creature, for example. Mitch asked for something challenging so I said: “A horse, crossed with a bee.” His girlfriend added: “And a dragon.” Mitch looked off for about thirty seconds, picked up his mechanical pencil, and produced the finished sketch in less than five minutes.

I so fell in love with Mitch's sketches that I got his permission to go at a few of them with the GIMP. These are the results.
